  • How do I get started?
    After registration, you will get a small javascript code you have to insert on your website. Then your are basically ready to chat. If you want to use our agents, you’ll have to upload briefing material, set up a multiple choice test. Additionally, you will have to to set a monthly budget and chat/leads fees/bonuses.
  • Can we answer that ourselves also?
    Yes, you and your team can always login (on web or the mobile app) and answer all the chats by yourself. Moreover, you can let the chats you don’t answer “overflow” (f.ex. outside of working hours) to our pool of skilled chat agents. We don’t charge anything for the chats you handle yourselves.
  • What’s in it for me/my company?
    Besides increasing overall customer satisfaction and loyalty, you’ll see an increase in your conversion rates. Think of your website as a physical store. Once you enter the store you need an assistant to guide you and answer your questions. It works the same way online and that’s why you should use Crowdio on website.
  • How much does it cost?
    Agents are paid for each completed chat session and/or per lead the gather for you. You set a fee per chat and a bonus per lead, as well as a monthly budget. The fees and budget are set by you, but should be based on the required knowledge and the complexity of the incoming chats. The fees should be attractive to the agents. If you set it too low, you will find it difficult to attract skilled agents to work for you.
  • How does it work?
    Many websites today have online chat installed. Maybe you have one installed already. However, the chat widget is  offline 70% of the week due to lack of  manpower or money to run it 24/7. We fix this with a crowdsourcing model of online chat agents. They are certified for your website and get paid for the chats they handle.
